Questions
What do I need to send you?
Your text, logo and photos, the address of your current site if you have one, and what you want visitors to do.
When does the delivery time start?
Once we have all of your text, logo and photos.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one batch of changes within the agreed pages. Basic includes 2; Standard and Premium include 3.
Do I keep my accounts and files?
Yes. Accounts stay in your name and you get the source files at the end. Add us as a staff or collaborator user; we never need your password.
Will my email break when the domain is connected?
We connect the domain without touching your email setup. Your registrar, billing and ownership stay with you.
Can you work on Shopify, WordPress or Wix?
Shopify: add us as a collaborator or staff user with Themes and Apps rights, or send a theme ZIP; you install apps and approve any charges. WordPress: theme and block work, ideally on a staging copy; page-builder and plugin settings need a staff account. Wix and Squarespace: mostly written steps you follow, plus custom code blocks.
Can you promise search rankings?
No. We can’t promise search rankings. We set up the basics: titles, descriptions, sitemap and image sizing.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
